Juan

Juan (*approx. 01/2021, approx. 45 cm) is a real ray of sunshine. He is uncomplicated, age-appropriately curious, great with other dogs, and very social, loving, and friendly towards people. Initially, he is reserved with strangers, but this quickly fades once he has thoroughly sniffed them. He walks well on a leash and possesses all the qualities to become a perfect family dog. Juan arrived in mid-January 2022 as an unchipped found dog at our Spanish partner shelter Triple A (Marbella). An X-ray at the local animal clinic revealed an old fracture in the femoral head, which doesn't seem to bother him and clearly doesn't cause any discomfort. When he senses it's time for a walk, he is overjoyed, as he loves walks above all. Juan wishes for a cheerful and active family with whom he can share life. A family that gives him enough time to adjust and integrates him into their daily routine without hesitation. Juan is an intelligent, curious, and eager-to-learn boy who will surely contribute to becoming a beloved family member that you never want to part with. Juan can be easily placed with children and other dogs. If needed, we can test his compatibility with cats at the shelter. A dog-safe fenced garden would certainly please Juan, where he can move freely off-leash. However, this is not an absolute requirement for his adoption. Would you like to be Juan's new family?
